We can accommodate any amount of people between 40 and 120. The total package is R5000 for the hire of the Venue and Chapel.
This includes the tables, chairs, table clothes, cutlery, and a food warmer.
Total package for 2012 is R5500.00
There is a cash bar at very good prices, however you are allowed to supply your own champagne for the tables, no corkage fee.
The catering can be done by you, or if there is a requirement, we will quote accordingly. Our catering ranges from R135 to R165 per person.
If you decide to do your own catering there is a cover charge of R500, for usage of kitchen, fridges and stove.
I am available after 6 in the evenings or on weekends to view the venue, just give me a call prior. The Venue is on our plot, so we are 24 hours on the premises.
Waiters R150 per evening – recommend 1 for every 50
Barman R250 per evening
Car Security guard R150
50% deposit is required at booking, balance 14 days prior to function ( Not refundable )
The 50% deposit will be of the Venue and Chapel hire R2500 Payable 14 days prior to the function.
We provide cleaning services after the function.
Overlays and other catering equipment are available for hire see attached document, however you
are welcome to rent your own.
We do both sit down and buffet, its your choice. Please see Menu lists, however this is a recommendation.
So if you could let me know what you had in mind, we could quote accordingly.
